To use the service you need to be sure the bios is to blame for your issues. There is a non returnable Fee of 50% of service cost to pay before sending the Laptop to us.
The 50% Deposit is NON Refundable and covers our expenses here in the event that we cannot repair your Laptop.
If we do manage to repair your Laptop then we would invoice you for the outstanding payment and the return Shipping. Once This is Paid, the Laptop would be returned to you.
